Fidifloc Medium Mill & Hand Flaker Combo

Everything under one hood. The slim dimensions of the smart combination device FIDIFLOC MEDIUM , consisting of a grain mill and hand flaker, create space on the work surface. With this clever device combination, the integrated FIDIFLOC not require additional attachment to the edge of the table. And when the hand flaker goes on a trip, it can be removed from the housing with a flick of the wrist – the appropriate screw clamps are of course included. Please note that the flocker crank is longer than the housing is high, so the flocker can only be operated across the edge of the table. Or you can buy our practical  grain drawer  , on which the device can be placed perfectly.

Combination of grain mill and flaker

 In the FLICFLOC, two conical and of course nickel-free stainless steel rollers rotate in high-quality ball bearings – almost as if by themselves. The mill has a 360 watt industrial motor and self-sharpening corundum ceramic grinding stones that grind 100 g of fine flour per minute. Whether unripe spelt, chickpeas or rice – 850 g of grain fit into the hopper. Enough to prepare 1 kg of wholemeal bread. The funnel of the flaker holds up to 190 g of oats and conjures up flakes for the morning muesli in no time at all.

Experiment to your heart’s content!

With this combination mill, you can experiment as you please and discover new recipes – today a pasta dough made from wholemeal spelled flour and later gingerbread with rye flour – there are no limits to your imagination. Turning the funnel is enough to set the desired fineness. You can open the grinder in no time and without any tools. As with all KoMo mills. Just awesome!

A little tip: With the 360 watt interchangeable grinder you can quickly convert your FIDIFLOC MEDIUM into a spice grinder or coffee grinder or you can prepare purely gluten-free varieties.
