The integrated grain mill grinds 200 g of fine flour per minute with a 600 watt industrial motor in conjunction with 85 mm large corundum ceramic grinding stones. It processes all grains – including corn – either coarsely (e.g. for wholemeal bread) or very finely (for cakes). As with all Fidibus grain mills, the desired grinding fineness is set quickly and easily by turning the funnel – it couldn’t be easier.
The integrated flaker with the technology of the Flocman electric flaker produces (depending on the type of grain) 80 – 100 grams of fresh flakes per minute, eg for homemade muesli or porridge – you will taste the difference. The quiet 140 watt motor ensures that the high-quality, nickel-free stainless steel rollers are driven. The flocculator even processes oilseeds such as linseed or sesame without any problems.
Incidentally, the grain mill and flaker can even run at the same time, completely independently of each other. So you can grind or crush fresh flour for the cake and flakes for your muesli at the same time. A real all-rounder!
Perfect, nickel-free stainless steel rollers for perfect flakes
The built-in flaker features patented cone-shaped rollers made from nickel-free stainless steel. As a result, it rotates more easily and does not need such a powerful motor as comparable devices – which is of course also advantageous for environmental reasons. The entire crushing mechanism is also made of stainless steel and metal, making it extremely robust and durable. So you can enjoy the device for a long time. And for those who don’t like plastic: Your flakes don’t come into contact with plastic parts! You can remove the squeezing mechanism in just a few simple steps and even put it in the dishwasher for cleaning.
Interchangeable grinder for spices or gluten-free grain
This is particularly interesting if you occasionally want to use the Duett 200 to grind coffee or spices. Or if a family member has a gluten intolerance – then you can only use an interchangeable grinder to grind gluten-free grain and legumes.
