In the combination device DUETT 100, the solid Mill and the low-noise have entered into a lasting bond. The flocculator works as quiet as a whisper and has a squeezing mechanism with beveled and naturally nickel-free stainless steel rollers. For cleaning, it can be removed with a handle and without additional tools. Now nothing stands in the way of a quick cleaning with a brush.

The built-in flaker features patented cone-shaped rollers made from nickel-free stainless steel. As a result, it rotates more easily and does not need such a powerful motor as comparable devices – which is of course also advantageous for environmental reasons. So you can enjoy the device for a long time. And for those who don’t like plastic: Your flakes don’t come into contact with plastic parts! You can remove the squeezing mechanism in just a few simple steps and even put it in the dishwasher for cleaning.

Real power for the finest flour!

The 360 watt industrial motor of the integrated grain mill provides the right power to grind hard grain, legumes and coffee beans. The hopper holds 1200g of grist and effortlessly turns it into 100g of fine flour per minute. That is uncompromisingly good. With the grain mill, you can experiment with new types of flour for delicious recipes as you please – today you can put together your individual flour mixture for your bread from several types of grain and tomorrow you can make low-carb pasta dough from red lentils – there are no limits to your imagination.
