FidiFloc 21 & Hand Flaker Combo

Everything under one hood. The slim dimensions of the smart combination device FIDIFLOC 21, consisting of a grain mill and hand flaker, create space on the work surface. With this clever device combination, the integrated FLICFLOC does not require additional attachment to the edge of the table. And when the hand flaker goes on a trip, it can be removed from the housing with a flick of the wrist – the appropriate screw clamps are of course included. Please note that the flocker crank is longer than the housing is high, so the flocker can only be operated across the edge of the table. Or you can buy our practical drawer, on which the device can be placed perfectly.

Combination of grain mill and hand flaker

Our two classics installed in the combination device. In the flaker FLICFLOC, two conical and of course nickel-free stainless steel rollers rotate in high-quality ball bearings – almost as if by themselves. The grain mill has a 250 watt industrial motor and self-sharpening corundum ceramic grinding stones that grind 100 g of fine flour per minute. Whether unripe spelled, barley or spelled – 850 g of soft grain fit in the hopper. Enough to prepare 1 kg of wholemeal bread. The funnel of the flaker holds up to 190 g of oats and conjures up flakes for the morning muesli in no time at all.

With this combi mill, you can experiment and discover new recipes – flake delicious oat flakes for power bars today and later bake a sponge cake made from einkorn flour – there are no limits to your imagination. Turning the funnel is enough to set the desired fineness. You can open the grinder in no time and without any tools. As with all KoMo mills. Just awesome!
